As a special project for Tokyo Tower's 60th anniversary,
"Light Down Story at 7 PM"
starts from December 1st (Sat)!

Do you know of Tokyo Tower's "Light Down Story"?

"At midnight, any couple who witness the moment when Tokyo Tower's illuminations go out together
will obtain everlasting happiness..."

This winter for a limited time only, at 7:00 p.m. every night at Tokyo Tower, the orange illuminations will go out (Light Down) briefly.

The instant of Tokyo Tower's Light Down is something that you will rarely get the opportunity to see.
Presently due to renewal construction work, the midnight Light Down is not taking place,
so there are hardly any opportunities to witness such a moment.
7:00 p.m. The background music that will play from the moment of Light Down
is the Tokyo Tower 60th anniversary commemoration song,
"Tokyo at 7:00 p.m. in the Evening" (also known in English as "The Night is Still Young") by Maki Nomiya,
as a giant heart mark appears on the Main Deck south side.

Once each night, a small Christmas present from Tokyo Tower.

"When the lights go out... fall in love..."

Please take this opportunity to see the Light Down at 7:00 p.m, as well as the pink heart mark floating above the main deck,
together with your precious someone.
